  • Return and Exchange Period: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days.  

  • Condition of Products: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and meet all return criteria.  

  • Non-Refundable Items: Customized items are non-refundable.  

  • Return Shipping Fees: Shipping fees apply for returns unless the item is delivered to our New Cairo Warehouse.  

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-6 business days.  

  • Refund Methods: Refunds are issued via Instapay or bank transfer.
